Return Policy

We at Ascent Outdoor Sports are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. We accept returns for exchange or store credit under the conditions outlined below.

Condition of Return and Exchange / General Information

How to Initiate a Return

  • We accept returns for defective or incorrect merchandise that is unwashed or unworn, provided it is initiated within 7 days of the receipt of your order.

  •  In the case of a major product failure (as defined by the Consumer Protection Act 1999), the customer is entitled to choose a replacement or a full monetary refund which will be processed within 14 working days, but may take longer to reflect in your bank statement.

  • To qualify for an exchange, all merchandise must be returned in the original selling condition with all accompanying items, such as tags, documents, wrappings, and original packaging.

  • Exchange is subject to stock availability.

  • If we are unable to provide a direct exchange, a refund in the form of E-Shop Credit will be processed within 14 working days after receiving the returned items. This credit can then be used for a new purchase on ascentstore.com.my.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • A handling charge of RM5.00 will be deducted from the E-Shop Credit amount.

  • Non-returnable items: Nutrition & Food Product, Packaged Item, and Discounted Item.

  • Email Us: Send an email to kailas@penang@gmail.com with the Subject Heading: “Your Order Number, Proof of postage such as tracking number”.

  • Attach Proof: Please attach a clear photo showing the issue with the merchandise (e.g., defect, incorrect item).

  • We will advise you on the next steps and how the issue can be resolved.

Shipping Your Return

  • Please allow us 14 working days to process your return after we receive the items.

  • We strongly recommend sending your return via recorded delivery (with a tracking number). Ascent Store will not accept responsibility for lost returns.

  • Please wrap items appropriately for transit to avoid damage. Do not stick labels or tape directly to the products’ packaging; if the product packaging is tampered with, we may no longer accept the return.

  • Postages incurred for sending the merchandise back to us shall be borne by the buyer.

Important Note

  • Ascent Outdoor Sports is an independent entity and has its own terms and conditions.

  • Ascent Store is only able to process returns for items purchased directly from ascentstore.com.my.
